ENCORE at Lewis Ranch
BRINGING 100-PLUS APARTMENTS TO CONWAY
A five-building apartment complex, Encore at Lewis Ranch, is adding more than 100 apartments to the southeast Conway development at 1320 Lewis Ranch Road. The project is being completed by Trinity Development Co. Inc.
The project includes a clubhouse, pool and pavilion. The clubhouse will include a fitness center, lounge, and outdoor patio. Also, the 94 unit phase two will be coming soon with a dog park, and playground. The complex will offer 33 one-bedroom apartments and 72 two-bedroom, two-bath apartments only 30 seconds from the interstate and within walking distance to Sam’s, ALDI grocery store, over 10 restaurants, indoor entertainment center, and retail shopping.
One-bedroom apartments will be 740 square feet, and two-bedroom apartments will be 975 square feet and 1,030 square feet.
Trinity Development Co. Inc. said it hopes to have a portion of its one-bedroom apartments available for pre-leasing sometime in October with residents moving in by December.
Encore at Lewis Ranch was the second-largest commercial project listed in Pulse of Conway’s recent list of commercial projects in Conway.
