A Chapel With a Rich History

The Chapel at Four Winds was constructed by Robert and Pat Ott in 1995. The chapel was a labor of love for Robert and Pat, making it a treasured place for the Ott family. Once construction was finalized, the Otts had Robert’s parents reburied near the chapel. Now, Robert and Pat are laid to rest on the grounds, along with several other family members.

The chapel also has other historical pieces that are meaningful to Faulkner County & the city of Conway. The pulpit in the Chapel is from the old Church of Christ at Robinson and Center Street, and the pews are from the former University Church of Christ at Donaghey and Bruce Street. Much of the furnishings are heirlooms from the family and other community members, and the stones used in the posts for the brick wall were a part of the original Faulkner County Courthouse.
